The MTM/CNM Family Conference was in the planning stages
for a while, but has now moved into action!

In planning for the conference, we are always keeping in mind the need to keep the cost as low as possible so each family has the maximum opportunity to come to the conference!

Affected family members can help by PLANNING TO COME TO THE CONFERENCE!!!

If you are not an affected family, you can still help in one of the following ways:  

• PLAN TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE!  Come, and learn all about MTM/CNM!
• Donate your airline miles to help the families to get to the conference!
  
• Hold a fundraiser and donate the proceeds to our cause (General fundraisers).
